Dates refer to “nights of.” For instance if November 25th is a “normal” date, the normal price applies for guests staying that night.
Reductions (please round to the nearest whole € to get your final price):
- “Last-minute” rates. Rentals of at least 3 nights, subscribed within 2 weeks of the rental start date, benefit from a discount of approximately 20% on daily and weekly rates.
- *Rentals of 14 or more nights: a 10% discount applies to weekly rates for all nights after the 14th.
- Rentals of exactly 6 nights are priced at the weekly rate, more economical than 6 times the daily rate.
Provided check-out does not take place on a Sunday or a legal French holiday, one of these further discounts applies:
- Reduction of 20€ on “Normal” or “Off-Peak” non-last-minute rate for La Bohème.
- Reduction of 15€ on “Normal” or “Off-Peak” non-last-minute rate for Soleil or Citron.
- Reduction of 10€ on any “Last-Minute” rate, regardless of apartment or rental period.
- Rentals of under 4 weeks, but which are most advantageously calculated at the “4 Week” (28 night) rate, benefit from a 10 € rebate per night of the 28 not reserved.
Example: your rental spans 26 nights. Using the “4 Week” rate, its cost is less than if calculated using the weekly rate. You would thus calculate your rental cost using the “4 Week” rate. Since you only reserve 26 of the 28 nights, you receive a 10 € rebate for each unused night. The cost of your rental would thus be the “4 Week” rate, less 20€.
Other Notes:
- A 3-night minimum stay is generally required. Exceptions are detailed above.
- Per day rental costs are calculated pro-rata beyond the minimum term needed to qualify for a lower price.
Example: a 10-night rental costs the “weekly” price + 3/7ths the weekly price, rather than the weekly price + 3 times the daily price.
- Rentals at weekly or monthly rates which include nights in both “normal” and “off-peak” periods, are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Example: a week-long rental with 2 days in a “normal” period and 5 days in an “off-peak” period will cost 2/7ths of the “normal” weekly rate plus 5/7ths of the off-peak weekly rate.
- An additional off-hour check-in charge may apply to evening and some weekend arrivals.
For details, please see “How to Book, Terms” page.
- “Normal” and “off-peak” periods are subject to change with occupancy.
Explanation: when two of the three studios are booked, the third will generally be offered thereafter at normal rates for the dates in question. Conversely, if two or more are still open at the approach of a “normal” period, they may then be offered at the “off-peak” rate. The prices in effect at the time of your booking are those that will apply to your stay.
