Loire Day Trips (& their Extensions)
Payment
We accept Visa or MasterCard for our Loire Valley Day Trips, extensions, and related services such as equipment rental.
We also accept checks / cheques, and bank transfers. For information on paying by other than credit card, please refer to this page.
How to Have Us Charge Your Card
- Add up the amounts of the services you have subscribed.
- Fill out the form linked here, filling in the total you have calculated as the authorized amount. Mail or fax it to our Paris office, along with your sign-up forms, or scan it and send it as a pdf (to paris@bluemarble.org). Our Paris postal address and fax number are here.
- We will return a written confirmation in the form of an account statement. If our calculation agrees with yours (or we come up with a figure less than the one you have authorized), we will sign you up for your trip, and debit your card for the amount on the statement.
- If, conversely, our total for the things you request is higher than the amount you have authorized, we will await a new authorization before charging anything to your card. During this time, you will not officially be signed up for your trip. However, if it threatens to sell out, we will endeavour to give you at least 24 hours to submit the new authorization before allowing others to fill the last spaces.
