PARITY! Who’d a thunk? And with it, the cheapest Europe we have seen in a generation. Indeed, in 2008, our Canadian trip prices actually decline by close to 15%, more if you consider inflation.

Blue Marble Travel is a company with long Canadian roots: we began as the European touring spin-off of a Canadian outfitter, and our Ontario office is staffed with genuine Canadians (one from New Brunswick, the other an anglo Québecois).

So... we are delighted to see Canadians join our trips, which can be subscribed and paid for in $C. Already, as the Canadian dollar has climbed agains the U.S. over the past years, our trip prices denominated in $C have remained stable. But the magnitude of this year’s drop is unprecidented! Not everything is bad about a strong currency....

Our web site is a hodgepoge of US and British / Canadian usage, depending on who wrote the page, but you’ll be able to get past all that.
